Angela Shelf Medearis
Angela Shelf Medearis is the author of four best-selling cookbooks, including Ideas for Entertaining from the African-American Kitchen and The Ethnic Vegetarian, both of which received wonderful reviews in the New York Times and Bon Appetit. She has also been featured in the Washington Post, Essence, Family Circle, Ebony, and the Dallas Morning News. She is the host and producer of the television cooking show, The Kitchen Diva! which airs nationwide on public television. She is one of the few African-American women to own her own multimedia production company, Diva Productions, Inc., founded in 1995.
